We have two delivery options available:
- Standard Small Item Delivery
- Large Item & White Glove Delivery
Standard Small Item Delivery
All products listed on our website under 20 lbs that are acceptable by Canada Post or Purolator qualify for free shipping and handling with no additional or hidden costs across Canada. There are several levels of shipping and delivery including quick ship, small parcel delivery, and large item delivery.
Please note that adjustable Beds and Murphy Beds & Mattresses do not qualify for Free Shipping. These items require a 2 man team to deliver and require a speciality delivery Service. White Glove & curbside delivery service is available.
Oversized items including Mattresses, adjustable & Murphy beds require delivery by truck freight. These typically qualify for free delivery nearly everywhere across Canada which is usually curbside or front door service depending on the freight carrier and the province in which you reside. If you're in a remote area, delivery may only be possible to the closest freight depot.
White Glove Delivery & in Home Setup
Our in-home set-up white glove delivery service is available in most major centres across Canada including Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. The typical in-home setup process includes bringing all items
into the room(s) they belong to, where we will then unpack everything and perform any basic assembly such as a bed frame or attaching a headboard to a frame. When we're done, the delivery crew will remove all unwanted packaging materials.
Misc Delivery Items
If you require removal of existing mattress, box spring, bed frame upon delivery please contact us as there may be an additional cost
Curb Front Door Delivery
In areas where white glove setup is unavailable, we will perform a basic curbside or front door delivery.
There are many locations in Canada that are not accessible as often or at all that freight companies may not deliver to. In the event that this occurs, we work with customers to find a solution. Please note there may be additional freight charges involved.
Delivery outside normal business hours
This is available at an extra charge, please contact us to arrange
Should you not be home during the delivery window provided the delivery company will attempt a second delivery attempt at an extra charge to the customer
If any item must be returned to Healthy Bedroom due to customer not being available to accept delivery, or oversized items not fitting into your home the customer will be responsible for all return delivery charges. Please measure carefully before ordering!
Any storage fees incurred by freight companies due to product sitting in their warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer

How do I track my order?
Once we receive your order and fulfil it, any additional information (ETA, tracking, etc.) will be updated on your purchase order. Wherever possible, we provide you with a tracking number when your order ships. There are situations where this is not possible (normally on items arriving via truck-freight).
If you created an account with us during the secure checkout process online, simply log in to your Healthy Bedroom account and view the updated purchase order.

- 3 weeks from date of purchase for all Hypnos, Sprout, Zengreen products
- 4-6 weeks from date of purchase for all Ergomotion products.
- 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for all Hefel products, that ARE in our inventory list.
- 5-6 weeks from date of purchase for all Hefel products, that are NOT in our inventory list.
