Returns & Exchanges Policy
Final Sale Policy
All sales at Healthy Bedroom are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed into production.
This applies to all products, including but not limited to mattresses, box springs, adjustable beds, bedding, pillows, toppers, furniture, and accessories.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders may only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been entered into production. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Many of our products are made to order or commissioned specifically for the customer. For this reason, it is essential that all decisions regarding size, firmness, model selection, and delivery access are finalized before placing an order.
Our team is available to answer questions and provide guidance prior to purchase to ensure complete confidence before proceeding.
No Sleep Trials or Comfort Exchanges
Healthy Bedroom does not offer sleep trials, comfort guarantees, or change-of-mind returns.
We work closely with customers before purchase to help select the most appropriate product, but once an order is placed, it is considered final.
Managerial Exceptions
In rare cases, a managerial exception may be considered at Healthy Bedroom’s sole discretion. These situations are uncommon and assessed individually.
If an exception is approved:
- The product must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging
- The item must be a regularly stocked product, not a special order
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and any applicable restocking or freight fees
- Approval of an exception does not guarantee a refund and may result in store credit instead of monetary reimbursement
Return to Sender and Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned due to the customer being unavailable to accept delivery, refusing delivery, or the product not fitting into the delivery space, the customer is responsible for all return shipping, storage, and handling charges.
Warranty
All products sold by Healthy Bedroom are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product.
Warranty claims do not constitute returns or exchanges and are handled directly in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
