Shipping & Delivery
Healthy Bedroom offers multiple delivery options depending on the product, brand, and delivery location. Delivery method and any available upgrades are determined by the product purchased and your address.
All delivery details are confirmed after checkout, and in some cases a member of our team will contact you to coordinate or confirm delivery arrangements.
Delivery Types
Depot Delivery
The product is shipped to a carrier depot or warehouse in the destination city. The customer is responsible for picking up the item from the depot.
Door Delivery
The product is delivered to the front door of the delivery address. No in-home setup or assembly is included.
White Glove Delivery
A premium delivery service that includes in-bedroom placement, unpacking, basic assembly where required, removal of packaging materials, and old mattress removal where available and permitted by the carrier.

Mattress, Box Spring & Topper Delivery

Free White Glove Delivery is included with all orders across Canada and the United States. Includes in-home setup, packaging removal, and old mattress removal where available.
Hypnos Sovereign Series and Royal Series
Free White Glove Delivery is included with all orders across Canada and the United States. Includes in-home setup, packaging removal, and old mattress removal where available.
Hypnos Castle Series
Free Door Delivery is included. White Glove Delivery may be available at an additional cost depending on your location. After checkout, our team will contact you to confirm availability and pricing if applicable.
Sprout Signature Series (Firmus, Durus, Somnus, Luxuria)
Free Door Delivery is included. White Glove Delivery may be available at an additional cost depending on your location. After checkout, our team will contact you to confirm availability and pricing if applicable.
Sprout Select Series (Select Firm, Select Medium, Select Soft)
Free Depot Delivery is included with every order. Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery may be available at an additional cost depending on your location and order size. After checkout, our team will contact you to confirm available delivery options and pricing.
Accessories and Small Items
Accessories such as pillows, mattress pads, duvets, throws, and similar items ship as follows:
- Orders over $100 receive free shipping
- Orders under $100 have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address
Remote Locations
Some remote or rural locations may have limited delivery availability. In such cases, delivery may only be possible to the nearest carrier depot. If additional charges or adjustments are required, our team will contact you after checkout.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed due to the customer not being available during the scheduled delivery window, any additional delivery attempts or storage fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Outside Normal Business Hours
Delivery outside standard carrier operating hours may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to or immediately after placing your order to inquire.
International Orders
For deliveries outside Canada and the United States, including international destinations, please contact Healthy Bedroom directly before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Some freight and white glove deliveries may not include live tracking. If you created an account during checkout, you can view order updates by logging into your Healthy Bedroom account.
